walk on, walk on, you can't go back now;
Apr. 10th, 2009 05:56 pm+ I am going to tell a real life happening story and I have decided to tell this story because well, the only stories the papers think are worth tellling are the "society going to the dogs" stories. And I think it's about time we had a new angle. I was in a restaurant last night, when a girl about 18/19, excusing herself repeatedly interrupts the couple next to us to ask the lady if she has lost a ring. The young girl had found one in the restaurant bathroom and had seen the lady leave just before, she had handed it to the staff but was so concerned for the person who had lost it, she wanted to check with the lady herself. In the end it wasn't that woman's ring and the girl apologised again for interrupting their meal, the couple wouldn't hear of it and thanked the girl for being so considerate <3
+ Basically the point of this story is that; I LOVE people, I think they are wonderful and kind and good and thousands of headlines to the contarary will never convince me otherwise. And the moral; have FAITH in each other, the world is good.
+ Speaking of wonderful people, taday is

+ I watched Marley & Me yesterday and with twenty or so mintues to go I realised I was going to cry over a dog movie. Then I figured it was OK to since it was one of the best films I've seen in a while; funny, pretty to look at and with some really touching moments, it didn't shy away from how hard life can get and was by the end quite life affirming. If you haven't seen it yet, do, you won't regret it.
+ Because a few of you asked me to keep you updated I have decided to attend the Univeristy of Dundee next year. I rhink it will be good for me to leave home and strike out on my own, thankyou all so much for your help and advice, your stories were reassuring and made me a great deal less scared. :)
